Warranty

Carefree Home Pros warrants the workmanship of the installation for lifetime of purchaser from completion date. During the warranty period, CareFree Home Pros will repair at no charge to you any defects due to faulty workmanship. CareFree Home Pros’s warranty does not cover damage caused by but not limited to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper care/cleaning. The foregoing warranty is contingent upon the Customer having paid all amounts due and owing to CareFree Home Pros pursuant to this Agreement. The warranty is not transferrable. Merchandise and materials are covered exclusively by the Manufacturer’s warranty, if any. The only warranty provided by CareFree Home Pros is the express warranty set forth herein. CareFree Home Pros disclaims all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
